What’s unusual is that this isn’t the normal behavior. Typically PIA changes go to a new, unused code. This is the second time I’ve seen the FAA (or possibly Musk’s team) recycle previous ones instead of assigning a fresh code, which has to be accounted for.

Or for the last, I dunno... 20-25 years. It's not like this (or any of his crimes) just popped up overnight. All I Obama (or anyone else) had to do was nail him on one felony, ANY felony, and we wouldn't be here now.
