Unlike the debunked “millionaire exodus”, Britain’s young workers really are leaving in droves— 174,000+ since March 2024.

The motor of our economy walking away is a crisis that really should worry us.

🧵So, why are they leaving and how can we stop it? 1/9

Is this the new normal?
It did feel mild today, however, this time next week it will be 5C warmer! Long drawn SW’ly into early next week the Azores high pressure influence mainly going south of UK.

The first half of Dec will clearly carry a strong mild surplus and is cementing 2025 as new warmest year on record. (1/2)

Listen, if you tell me that “taxation is theft” I’m going to need you to quit driving on highways or walking on sidewalks or attending a public school or using police or fire services or city snow removal.

I would mention libraries, but…

Ooh l👀k👇

Fartage lies.
All the time.
Every time.
But we'll welcome former Tories Jonathan Gullis, Danny Kruger, Lee Anderson, Nadine Dorries, Ann Widdecombe, Lucy Allen, Jake Berry - the former chair of the Tories, for God's sake - Andrea Jenkyns, Maria Caufield, Lia Nici ... 20 of them so far.

They should never be forgiven. Except those ones.

Jury trials in England & Wales for crimes that carry a likely sentence of less than 3 years will be scrapped.

Bad move

Money may be saved but justice and trust in the system will be the biggest casualty.

Poor and minorities at the mercy of toff judges.

One last thought on potential Reform-Tory electoral pact. It is hard to see how Farage could become PM if he doesn't lead the largest party in the Commons, and ultimately he needs currently Tory-held seats to do that. Looking at Reform's most winnable seats, of the top 100, just under half are Tory
