Fa$hists think they can silence progress. It sometimes feels that way. This was my hometown yesterday, I felt really proud. The governor tried to sweep feminicides under the rug, last July alone there were 5 trans feminicides. We will not be silenced, we will not stay quiet, the world is NOT theirs.

My youngest child visited my wife's aunt who supposedly accepts my eldest trans son. She came home pretty confused and told us that she asked her to missgender him whenever they were "just the 2 of them." Xtians sure love their exceptions to the bible verse "love thy neighbor"... 😔

We have a saying in spanish "mejor solx que mal acompañado" which translates as "better alone than in bad company" it readily comes to mind as I unfriend/block people across social media that seem to think that human rights can be a "difference of opinion"...

My American siblings are being erased, and CIS folk are likely to dismiss this as exaggerating. It is not, this is how it started in Germany last century. The rest of the world cannot turn a blind eye. It starts with trans people, it ends with the rest. Fascism should be nipped in the bud.
International human rights violations are taking place RIGHT NOW in the United States, as an entire group of over 1.5+ million people have essentially been erased from existence by our government.
Transgender people's existence is being criminalized.

Peer pressure, ignorance and fear lead most of us to say some awful things. I wish I had had some of the brave trans role models there are now growing up. I would have known there was a better, kinder way and I would have transitioned sooner
