Recovering former Murdoch tabloid hack working off the bad karma by campaigning for an oligarch-free media. I'm pouring energy into mass movement mobilisation to tackle the climate crisis - before it tackles all of us
We've reached a stage of late capitalist breakdown when the authoritarians in charge don't give a s**t about digital outrage.

But I'm posting this one because it's important to let everyone see that everyone else hates the Labour, Tory and Reform fascists too.

But Labour are fully on board too.

No 10 refuse to comment or take action - but we're all paying the price for corporate greed.

I’m not sure how good the analysis is when The Times puts all responsibility at Starmer’s door but stays silent on the complicity of right wing media (itself included) in promoting Farage and destabilising our democracy, by refusing to hold the ever more extreme and dangerous right wing to account.

It's both ambitious and not ambitious enough - but in the era of Trump rollbacks and fossil fuelled populism, it's something to see a centre-left government *that won largely on climate issues* actually trying to deliver. Or at least not ceding every inch of political territory to Scorched Earthers.
Today, we’re announcing Australia’s next step in acting on climate change.

Donald Trump is carrying out Genocide in Gaza so he can build a Trump Hotel.

While also plunging the USA into a fascist dictatorship.

This is like inviting Adolf Hitler.

RT if he is not welcome in the UK.

The UN has only confirmed what we already knew: Israel is committing genocide.

64,000+ killed, whole families wiped out. Yet UK Govt rolls out the red carpet for Israel’s president & Starmer stays silent.

Labour - this is a genocide. Are you going to continue to ignore that?
Sadiq Khan calling out Zack's use of "social media" instead of calling out the genocide in Mayor's Question Time really is the perfect analogy for why Labour are quite so astoundingly unpopular.

A UN commission of inquiry has confirmed what was already clear: Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

The government’s position was already morally indefensible. It is now politically untenable.

Keir Starmer and his Labour ministers must be held criminally accountable.

@zackpolanski.bsky.social gets it. We want a vision of a world that is not out-of-control capitalism. There IS an alternative but the billionaires and their pet politicians and media don't want us to know that.
