Oh look, Labour has spent months targeting the wrong voters.
Labour's next biggest losses are to left-liberal parties (Liberal Democrats and Greens).

Reform's growth in support has mostly come from the Conservatives and non-voting (much less from Labour).

These reflect patterns of party-bloc voting that we saw in the 2024 UK GE: tinyurl.com/y5pv7thw

The Philadelphia Inquirer is doing amazing reporting on the SEPTA cuts. We need to see more of this type of reporting about public transportation with actual riders as the focus.
This Northeast Philly rider lost both her usual buses. Here's how she commutes on SEPTA now.
Amid the political dysfunction, SEPTA’s daily riders spent their weekday commutes trying to navigate the agency’s new austerity schedule.

There will be many casualties from UChicago ending ('pausing') PhD admissions in Humantities, but one which I am keenly aware of: this is close to a death sentence for teaching cuneiform in the United States (esp. Sumerian, Hittite, Elamite, Eblaite, Luwian) and it will affect the whole world.
“Chicago has long helped to keep alive tiny fields & esoteric areas of humanistic study... Without the univ’s support, & the continued training of grad students who can keep these bodies of kn going, entire spheres of human learning might eventually blink out.” www.theatlantic.com/culture/arch...

De la même manière, je me demande combien il y a encore d'institutions françaises qui ont encore un compte sur X.
Absolutely fair for Tony to be highlighting here how many organisations that could leave X haven't, thus contributing to the problems they are set out to tackle, and giving media & government more excuse to stay there too.
