BREAKING: U.S. House approves bill to end government shutdown, sending it to Trump's desk

This totally makes sense when you realize they both suck at their job.
Jeffries and Schumer are a team. h/t @aaronparnas.bsky.social

This is not a deal — it's an empty promise.

Trump and his Republican Congress are making healthcare more expensive for the middle class and ending it for working families.

Time for Democrats to stand tall for affordable healthcare. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...

Every single Democratic senator that votes to cave on this should be immediately ejected from the party, and the national party should immediately start running primary candidates in their districts.

There is no bipartisanship possible with traitors and fascists. You either fight, or die.

Schumer has needed to go for a long time. Primary him.

SCOOP: Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is facing more calls to step aside than have previously been reported, with the possibility of more soon to come, Axios has learned.
Scoop: Chuck Schumer faces growing calls from House Democrats to step down
"There was desire for generational change before this ... Schumer is just fueling it," said one senior House Democrat.

Behold our current list of dems to primary. I’m especially disappointed in my Senator Durbin. Time to go.
These are the senators who collaborated with the GOP.

Schumer
Fetterman
Cortez Masto
Durbin
King
Shaheen
Gillibrand
Schatz
Hassan
Peters

Don’t let them forget it. No peace for them.

Sadly I believe we’ll be making conversion therapy great again with this deeply conservative Supreme Court. My heart goes out to all the poor kids this will affect.
The Supreme Court will take up a challenge to a Colorado law banning the use of conversion therapy — a discredited practice that seeks to change the gender or sexual identity of LGBTQ+ individuals — on minors.

Roughly a dozen Democrats were called into what one source described as a "come to Jesus" meeting.

Don’t go, don’t watch, don’t give him any air.
Democrats should boycott Trump's address tonight.

If they feel they need to attend, they must not signal to the nation that we're living in normal times.

Make good and loud trouble. Disrupt the speech. When he lies, boo loudly!

Anything less will legitimize Trump’s coup.
March 4, 2025 at 6:04 PM
This is absolutely the way.
Democrats should boycott the State of the Union. Democrats keep calling this man a unique and dangerous threat, but never ACT like it.
For once, Democrats' *actions* should match their words.

The Democrats Should Boycott Trump’s Speech to Congress This Week
Refusing to attend the speech would be the first indication that Democrats are not just playing politics—and playing them badly—but resisting.

“Very fine people on both sides” 🤨
FOX’S DOOCY: “Who does Trump think is more responsible for the Russian invasion of Ukraine — Putin or Zelensky?”

WALTZ: “There has been ongoing fighting on both sides.”

Won’t say Putin, throws Zelensky under the bus again. Any questions?

32 days until the government runs out of money

Democratic are about to have a lot of leverage

Not clear they’ll use it
February 10, 2025 at 9:04 PM
Why are we so bad at this? We need to go scorched earth or nothing.
Ain't good. Compared to Senate Dems, House Dems have less leverage. One exception is the budget fight. But here's the Dem House Leader TODAY declining to use that leverage.

If you have a Dem rep, ask them to use their leverage. And tell them to tell Jeffries to lead.

Stay tuned - more to come.

And a hearty F**k you to Senator Fetterman, a very tiresome turncoat.
The U.S. Senate confirmed Pam Bondi as the next attorney general. The vote was largely along party lines, with every Democratic senator — except for Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman (D) — voting against her.

This right here. This is why so many Dems are unhappy with their party leadership. Capitulation, obeying in advance, moral cowardice. Also, quick aside, F**k David Axelrod. 😡
Very serious Democratic strategists advise the party to allow Trump to illegally dismantle USAID -- a decision that will result in the unnecessary deaths of people around the world.
