"Vance is a soulless striver who will sell off anything if he thought it would give him more power. We don’t have to ask if he would betray his wife and kids. He does so nearly every day by promoting a vision of America that has no room for them in it."
People gossiped about JD Vance and Erika Kirk. Then, inevitably, came the "don't gossip" scoldings.

Screw it! Let's defend wild speculation. First, these two deserve it.

Second, the gossip tells us a lot about JD Vance's political future. An analysis.

We deserve a Democratic Party that is willing to fight as hard as we are.

We need new leadership in this moment and to get there, we need a chorus of support for change. Tell your Democratic senators to call on Senator Schumer to step aside as Minority Leader. It’s time for drastic action.

This is the thing.

If resignations mattered to the public/press like they did during watergate we would not be in this insanely dangerous place.
I hear you, but on the other hand, sticking it out and possibly gumming up the works is how Trump was repeatedly foiled during his first administration. Having people in government who still have ethical boundaries and will do things from the inside to delay or derail his plans may be our best hope.
