It’s haunting how The Great Gatsby still mirrors our times: glittering parties for the few, quiet hunger for the many. The dream remains just out of reach.

Our Christian Gov, Bill Lee, who controls a multi-billion $ “rainy day” fund, responds to hungry TNeans by offering them a website on where to find a food bank.
Thank goodness we have the Governor’s Faith Based and Community Initiative to help those in need. Praise be!

My heart goes out to the 44M Americans (750k of those my fellow TNeans) who are going to go hungry because we have a Speaker that wants to protect POTUS from the Epstein files & a POTUS who sees the coffers as his own piggy bank for vanity projects.

I cannot believe that POTUS, a temporary federal employee, has the authority to destroy a historically significant structure for a vanity project.
This should certainly be a wake up call: he has no intention of ever leaving that house. It’s no longer the peoples house, it’s his house.
