I don't want to diminish the fact that Jon Ossoff is running a hard race and will need every bit of help he gets (smash that donate button), but if the entire Georgia GOP's campaign pitch is "His dad was a good coach for UGA years decades ago, also Trump!" then I think the Republicans might lose.

One thing I am waiting to see is the "invisible primary" among Republican insiders to determine who will get picked to finish out Marsha Blackburn's Senate term. (I'm for any Democrat, but I certainly expect that the Tennessee GOP believes they will hold the Tennessee governor seat).

To reject the US as a fundamentally American country with a deep shared history and commonality with the rest of the Americas, including that Spanish has long been our de facto national second language, is on a deep level anti-American. It's hating actual American culture and history and tradition.

In a parallel universe, TPUSA is doing something awesome like staging an alternative football game so we don't have to watch Patriots-Seahawks (again).

It's great but I wonder how much this is an indicator that vote splitting still occurs rather than a true partisan shift.
It used to be very common for southerners to vote solid R nationally and solid D locally. That fell by the wayside. Maybe it's due for a comeback?
