The truce has been violated by Israel many times as it launches new operations and continues to strike Gaza, while settlers displace Palestinians from the West Bank.&nbsp;</p> <p>Here are the major developments from the last few hours:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Israeli forces raided the towns and cities across the&nbsp;occupied West Bank, including Huwara, Qaryut,&nbsp;Yamoun,&nbsp;Balata refugee camp,&nbsp;New Askar camp. The forces also set fire to Palestinian lands near the separation wall in the village of Arrabuna.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>The Israeli Knesset, in its first of three votes, approved a bill to execute Palestinian prisoners. 39 members approved the bill, while 16 others opposed it.</p> </li> <li> <p>The Knesset also passed, in the first of three required votes, a bill allowing closure of foreign media outlets without court approval.</p> </li> <li> <p>The US State Department's Marco Rubio discussed with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, the ceasefire in Gaza and the next steps to ensure stability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gaza's health minitsry launched a vaccination campaign for children who missed basic vaccinations during the two years of the genocidal war committed by Israel.</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> </article>

Today the Supreme Court heard a very, very technical case about whether a government contractors (in this case, private prison company GEO Group) should get essentially qualified immunity for contractors (I'm oversimplifying). The answer, it seems, will be no.
