This cannot stand.
At least 75% of the men Trump illegally deported to El Salvador have no criminal records. These men have been abducted and sent to a hell-hole Salvadoran “prison” that is the the equivalent of a torture-laden concentration camp. DEMAND freedom and justice for these men.

If you read the local @usatoday.com Network's Bucks County Courier Times, it's as if the #HandsOff protests with thousands of people locally - from Quakertown to Doylestown to Newtown and then down I-95 to Philly - and with millions across the country, never happened. Sad, but not surprising.

Write letters in support of your library, to the board and to your local paper. Commit to attending a couple board meetings. Contact your political reps about doing something about the gutting of IMLS. Go to protests. Anything. Just get involved and advocate.

I lived next door in Alpine, New Jersey, for years, and all I can say is this:

If people are protesting on Route 59 in Nanuet, New York, something is up. Something is seriously up. Something majorly wild is up.
Ho-ly sh*t!

This is the #HandsOff protest right now in Nanuet in #NY17, sponsored by @indivisrockland.bsky.social.

And this video is of just *one* of the four corners at the intersection where this rally is being held.

There’s got to be a thousand people here.

Never seen anything like this.

BTW this is happening during the general conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints mere miles away

So to draw this size of a crowd at this spot today is just redonkulous

This is the last time I’m going to post about this because it just makes me sob each time.

My brother died last year from cancer he got as a result of the toxic burn pits in Iraq.

That the same government that put him and others in harm’s way would turn its back on them now is treason and murder.
Keeping America's promise to our veterans is personal to me—from my dad's service during WWII, to interning at the Seattle VA during the Vietnam War, to the stories I hear each & every day.

By firing over 80,000 VA workers—Trump is breaking that promise.

I'm here in Mount Kisco, NY to tell Donald Trump, Elon Musk and the GOP

HANDS OFF AMERICA

Much of the focus on today's events will probably be the large rallies in big cities

But make no mistake

It is the smaller rallies

The local rallies

That will be the backbone of this movement

If you know any voters in NC, please reach out to them to see if their ballots need to be cured. There is less than 2 weeks to act! The first comments in this post have links to check for your name. This is critical bc the balance of the state Supreme Court rests on the outcome of this election.
If you are an NC resident and voted in November, please check if your name or the names of any family areone of the 60K votes being challenged. If so, confirm ASAP with your Board of Elections. You only have two weeks.

The website to check linked in the reply.

NC Court of Appeals gives over 60,000 challenged voters 15 days to prove eligibility
The majority wrote that, even though they have the authority to completely throw out the contested ballots, they decided to instead mandate a cure period for most of the challenged voters.
