People who think Britain was better 50 years ago either have no adult memories of Britain 50 years ago or are confabulating a fantasy version of their teens and twenties. Yes, we all wish we were younger.
Absolute nonsense. Anyone who lived through the period, or who has studied the period, will know how daft, how dangerously silly, this kind of rot is. If I may, I was there. It was FAR more grey, tough, poor, bigoted, boring, terrifying, violent & frequently flat-out insane than nostalgia insists.

Precht schreibt einfach so viel Quaqua, jedes Mal. So viele Worte, so wenig Substanz. Im Prinzip jammert er die ganze fotografierte Seite rum, weil er aus der Zeit gefallen ist und manche sich heute bemühen, ein wenig respektvoller zu sprechen.
