At least when people living in Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas have their towns destroyed by hurricanes and there’s no FEMA around to help rebuild them, they can take pride in knowing that the devastating storms came from the Gulf of AMERICA!!
