Out of budget lockup. I recently wrote: "Ottawa imposes a 10 percent luxury tax on yachts... yet a family buying a semi in Scarborough pays the equivalent of 15 percent in [DCs] and land transfer taxes."
Today the gov't addressed this by eliminating the luxury tax on yachts.

Faked an answer about baseball today to be polite to a work vendor and it turned into about half our meeting. Did not realize how badly that would backfire. Had no idea it was a time when people had so many baseball feelings. I am full of regrets.

Looked away from my computer for 2 minutes and then legit had to trace back my thought process 6 steps as to why I had a specific page open.

Oh no, I've tipped over into "too tired to get up and brush my teeth etc so I can properly go to bed" but also "too tired to focus my eyes on my book or my phone" so I sit here in a lump, staring at nothing.

Hello, I yet again took the recycling out without taking my keys and couldn't get back into the building. I had to go round the front and hang out waiting for someone to come back from walking their dog.
