Instead of having flexible workplaces to make the APS attractive for those w/ caring responsibilities & who live in the suburbs/regions, they want to shovel $ to office landlords

We need a Territory big enough to hold the 2 million people of Gaza, with housing all set up, a warm climate like they're used to. How about the State of Mississippi? The people there can be shifted over into, I dunno, Alabama or somewhere. They can leave their houses and cars.
