If you read the executive order it spells it out - largely lifestyle changes (exercise, food) and reducing environmental pollution.

That's a bit of a stretch. The executive order says the high rates of chronic disease are a threat - NOT that the people suffering it are a threat. It calls for concerted efforts to reverse and prevent chronic disease.

Of all the myriad things Trump is doing this is the only one that is NOT evil.
