Last night on Facebook, I tried to upload a 1 min video that was less than 50 MB, & in the video I was talking about how my local Barnes & Noble sold out of their copies of the US Constitution. I also talked about a physical copy of the handmaid‘s Tale. Facebook would not let me upload this video.

I'm sympathetic to people who "Don't want to hear about politics all the time" but unfortunately "politics" for the average person will probably get much less abstract in the near term. It's going to get harder to get through a day without going "Wait it's legal for them to do that?"

I got a content violation on tiktok tonight for mentioning the phrase “rigged election” and “Trump” in the same comment. TikTok as we knew it is dead. The algorithm is new.
