I've chatted up Don Hertzfeldt a few times.
I think I first saw him back in 2011 at a screening of the Bill shorts and I wore a DHMIS shirt. And he wanted to talk about that video all night! It was great.
(DHMIS II didn't come out until 2014 so yeah, there was one video out at the time.)

Fine, I will play games I already have. I managed to get it to run on Ubuntu with Proton, which is nice.
Let me give you another, second pitch for Cryptmaster. There is a certain voice actor amongst the cast that, if you grew up watching the old kids show Knightmare, will give you a particular nostalgia buzz. And there's a collectible deckbuilder minigame, because Cryptmaster is just that good.
