No way, I had a dream about vultures last night! How fitting. I've loved vultures since I was a little kid and I even had a vulture plushy. I don't know what ever happened to it, but it was one of my favorites. My cousin had the same one and everyone thought we were weird for loving vultures.

I can't believe how many people I follow follow the person in the screenshot.
I don't think it's actually sustainable to have a class of people making sub-minimum wage being the only means for disabled people with limited incomes to get food to eat.

further, there have been reports if not videos of agents of the state cruelly removing people’s medical masks in public spaces, if not making arrests— this would be a lot harder if they’d been surrounded by a sea of masked faces, so normalize using these lifesaving tools in your daily life. mask up.
normalize respirators in your daily life. when you do, when you see the choice to use a personal air filter as more akin to sunglasses (worn by all, often for fashion regardless of ocular welfare) than, say, a cast (indicative of active health concerns, often not a choice), all around you benefit.

This is right imo it’s why we are seeing such a high level of apathy and aggression right now on social media. The growing level of dissonance from people who literally can’t imagine anything, but what has been is starting to push the so far it’s making people more reactive and less regulated
I think it's sinking in for a lot of people across the country just how deep, how existential, our current crisis is—that the governing system we lived under is being destroyed, and that there's no reason for confidence that we're going to be able to stop it from happening in time.

I'll be honest, the main reason I'm not on here much is that most people here seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that Covid is still around, still a danger, and that vax and relax was always a pipe dream. Oh and Biden and co. lied to you.

Today RFK and co. removed the COVID vaccine from the CDC's recommended immunization schedule for children and pregnant people.
This is junk science. COVID puts children and pregnant people at higher risk for ER visits and hospitalizations, and Long COVID can cause chronic health issues for anyone.

This right here is why I can't go to protests. This is my local protest and no one is wearing masks because disabled people have been abandoned to die. I can't take any of these people seriously when they think Covid is over.
