This kind of enthusiasm from the non-political CDC staff - the clapping, shouting, nonstop handshakes - for the now-resigned CDC leadership is something that Trump Admin officials will never have. Which will only make them hate the competent administers even more.

The Trump administration waived 31 laws for border wall construction through the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge.

The waivers clear the way for walls across 13 refuge tracts, slicing through wildlife corridors, endangered species habitat and communities.
