Trump just endorsed a post calling for the arrests of Chris Wray and Merrick Garland.

There's almost no media coverage of the sitting president supporting the arrest of a former FBI director and former Attorney General.

Enten highlights that Trump is underwater on every key issue: "The report card is negative. Every single day since March 12 Trump has been in the red. 281 days in a row. The bottom line is Americans don't like what Trump is doing and they haven't liked what Trump's doing for a long period of time."

There are conservatives who are trying to do to academia what Carr is doing at the FCC. That’s why they’re setting up these centers on campuses as conservative centers. There’s absolutely no reason that centers focused on democracy & civic discourse should be conservative (or liberal) centers.
Amy Klobuchar just tore FCC Chair Brendan Chair a new one over his hypocritical stance that Trump supporters deserve all the free speech but liberals shouldn't get any at all

Mahomes is a genuinely good guy who is worried that he let his team down. And there are sick people celebrating his injury. Something is really wrong with our society. And rampant sports betting is part of the problem.
Chiefs HC Andy Reid on speaking to Patrick Mahomes since the injury: "I've had a good visit with him a couple of different times. He's in a good place. He feels like he let people down, but he's ready for the challenge ahead, which is what's real right now."

It's long been known in the military that this is a war crime. Pete Hegseth must be fired and prosecuted.

I think a narrow R win is likely here, but that would be a result that should and will spark massive panic among House Republicans and probably kill the gerrymandering push in most red states.

ok so premature thoughts:

1. this turnout environment was more similar to a regular midterm just due to how nationalized this was

2. that type of turnout dynamic produces D+10-15 overperformances

3. while it is definitely not enough to win TN-07, there are 25-35 districts where that IS enough
