I would just like to point out, for the record, that the only creative with a spotless film resume died young from lung cancer before his fifth film released. Everyone has a few stinkers. Take a breath. Go watch another movie and cleanse the palate.

For the curious, this is my favorite b&w photo from that trip, and it makes me want to experiment with underexposure more as this should not have come out given how dark it was and I had zero shutter speed or aperture control with the Olympus Superzoom. I have no idea what the camera had to do here.

Feels like the suit gets so agonizingly close to a profound realization and yet takes the last-minute off-ramp on "was never going to work in the first place" as the final answer rather than "lots of us HATE Amazon and use Twitch begrudgingly because we love the streamers, not the platform." 🧵
I legitimately didn't know they were competing with Steam and it's crazy to me that they burnt so much money on what sounds like something with very little (or wildly misguided) market research.

I think I'll go to Amoeba tomorrow for the soundtrack, and NOT go across the street to see this movie essentially for free. That's how uninterested in this film but intrigued by the soundtrack I am.
They DO know I can just buy the soundtrack album, right? I don't have to see the movie to get the part I really want? They're aware of this, right?
