For the curious, this is my favorite b&w photo from that trip, and it makes me want to experiment with underexposure more as this should not have come out given how dark it was and I had zero shutter speed or aperture control with the Olympus Superzoom. I have no idea what the camera had to do here.

I didn't go to a party, but I also didn't stay in. I noticed the fog was wildly thick tonight so capitalized on the opportunity and finished off a roll of Portra 800 for some late Christmas light night photography. We'll see how they turned out soon.

Was trying some night photography out for Halloween. Tripod and long exposures. Still some things to learn but promising results for the Christmas season.
