We all need to keep collectively calling it exactly what it is. Especially us cis folks. When they’re done gunning for the most vulnerable groups they’ll just go after the next most vulnerable and won’t stop because they never stop. Thats what hatred is.

I think the reason why I find fandom and fan culture so insidious is the fact that so many people out there make the pop culture they enjoy their most important identity marker. They take the smallest perceived sleight as a grave personal insult. Its religious. It’s a pitiful way to go through life.
