Ok, here's my boeuf bourguignon recipe:
Prep:
*6 slices bacon cut into 12-18 pieces
*2-4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
*1 small white onion diced (or use pearl onions)
*3lbs lean stew beef cut into 2-inch cubes
*8oz sliced mushrooms fresh or canned
*2cloves garlic mashed
