This year's honorees:

George Wallace
Marge Schott
Charles Lindbergh (solely for politics)
David Berkowitz
Andrew "Dice" Clay
According to the Washington Post, Trump today offered to host the Kennedy Center Honors so that it would be a success, and suggested expanding the honorees to include politicians, athletes, executives, and dead people.

Investors are now warning Tesla stock could lose 50% or more of its value this year as it continues to tumble.

Musk is still the wealthiest man in the world but he lost 7 billion today, about 2% of his fortune.

One of the great unintended consequences stories of all time is American liberals buying cars that they thought would save the planet, thereby enriching the man who bought the presidency for Trump, the most environmentally dangerous president in history.
Tesla sales in Europe are down 45 percent from this time last year — a steep decline for an automaker long seen as the leader of the electric vehicle revolution. Experts say the decline could be caused by a variety of factors, including increased electric competition and backlash to CEO Elon Musk.

The fact that Trump is so senile and listless makes be both less concerned about any sort of durable authoritarianism surviving him and much more concerned about an acute catastrophe happening

But NBC News has learned some have already been released back into the U.S. www.nbcnews.com/politics/nat...

The S&P is likely to drop. The percentage drop we see will be pretty instructive. Details here. www.thebulwark.com/p/follow-the...

Trump is actually very easily spooked. And when he reacts this bizarrely, and falls back on the low-hanging fruit of racism as cover, it’s because he’s scared.
