The Big Bad Wolf is here! A high-octane, noir-inspired mystery with a fairytale twist, for readers aged 7 to 107. Wonderful cover (and an internal map) by George Ermos. Out TODAY! Order your copy here: www.pgbellwriter.com/where-to-buy/ #KidLitUK #KidLit
This reminded me that I really enjoyed this book. Amy Lloyd conjures a great sense of mounting dread and paranoia. Well worth picking up.

I haven't "liked" this post, because the story it relates is absolutely shocking. But I had no idea such things were happening, and it's clear that they need to change, fast.

Is it bad that I know, without having to be told, exactly which former Doctor Who writer Twll's referring to?
One of the silliest “what has become of our country” posts in the immediate aftermath of the train stabbing was a former Dr Who writer who decided to post the events of October 1995, to show how far we’d fallen as a nation.

The trial of serial murderer Rose West started October 3rd 1995.

A great piece on the death of the BBC/Disney deal. Call me a traditionalist but I'm not sure the increased budgets greatly helped the show. Beyond the 60th anniversary specials, very few episodes felt as if they were telling stories that wouldn't have been possible otherwise. #DoctorWho
Deadline reports on the end of Doctor Who at Disney+ - features smaller audiences than hoped, Trumpist politics, issues with the lead, and consideration of budgets, future co-production and international distribution prospects.
Why Disney Ditched ‘Doctor Who’: Sources Say Ratings, Big Ticket Budget & MAGA Politics Were Factors In BBC Deal Failing To Regenerate
The BBC confirmed on Tuesday that its 'Doctor Who' co-production deal with Disney had vaporized. What went wrong on the series starring Ncuti Gatwa?
