Has the EU Found a Way to Use Frozen Russian Assets to Help Ukraine?
Ultimately, the adoption of some sort of scheme to appropriate the assets seems almost inevitable. Otherwise, it will not just be Ukraine that is at risk, but the very raison d’être of the EU.
