"At a time where access to accurate reporting has never been more important, the public must not be placed in a position of second-guessing the accuracy of news they receive."

This is insane.

Citizens of Greenland are Danish & EU citizens. You cannot just invade nor buy them.

It follows Trump saying he would invade Mexico, take the Panama canal and make Canada the 51st state of the US.

This is not a president who wants world peace.
Trump calls US control of Greenland 'absolute necessity'
Although he has publicly mused about purchasing Greenland, Donald Trump (pictured) has not shared a specific plan to do so or revealed how much America would pay for the acquisition.

Boris Johnson does not care about “freedoms” nor the economy. If he did, he’d want us to rejoin the EU.

What he *does* care about, ladies & gents, is you fighting to save his legacy for his own ego’s sake.

I say let’s nuke it.

Members of the National Union of Journalists at the Guardian and Observer are now on their second round of strike action, in case you were wondering why we have no Game Awards coverage. (I've been an NUJ member for 20 years.)
Guardian & Observer journalists are entering final day of second 48-hour stoppage; they’ve braved the cold, spoken up for what they believe in to bosses, lost earnings & missed accolades. Please repost, support them on the picket line, donate & don’t click on Guardian links today 👊#SavetheObserver
