XO is a social enterprise which fixes & sells donated bikes.

Staff are ex-offenders who've been trained as profession mechanics. All profits go towards training more ex-offenders.

I really feel like the Tate Modern might be turning a corner. After years of incredibly tedious and annoying captions alongside very poorly conceived exhibitions, both Nigerian Modernism and the Emily Kam Kngwarray (closes on 11 January) are a massive return to form.

PSA for anyone whose business or organisation uses the Regus / IWG serviced & virtual offices at Alpha House in Borough High Street (corner of Union Street). The building was repossessed on Christmas Eve! New tenants put up a notice on Christmas Day.

Southwark council is waiving parking fees for car clubs.

This is a *very* welcome first step from @jamesmcash.bsky.social and is the start of building a policy environment that supports car clubs in London.

We now need all boroughs to follow Southwark’s lead.
