The thing about all this is, very obviously, Zac Segal is a proud racist. There's zero chance he had any basis to think that these employees were there illegally beyond how they looked and the language they spoke.
According to the car wash owner, agents arrested employees before they could obtain their documentation from their work lockers. So many were likely here legally.
