There wasn't enough time on that panel for her to give a comprehensive listing of the ways this administration has shattered the rules-based order. We should be excluded from civil society until we get our shit together.

There are so many fucked up things with the current administration that it's hard to focus on one but this recent move is basically a death sentence for the planet. I've been involved with more boots on the ground actions over the years than I can count and this really bums me out.

Having lived in a developing country for a few years and knowing friends who spent their careers with USAID, I can confirm. The loss was felt immediately and the consequences won't soon be forgotten.
