Five years ago today, Trump summoned a mob to Washington, DC for a “protest” on Jan. 6, 2021, tweeting: “Be there, will be wild!”

Rightwing extremists began planning for violence almost immediately.

Jack Smith has requested that Jim Jordan release the entire video of his 8-hour closed-door testimony which he gave this week to the House Judiciary Committee.

Will Jordan release the video to the public?

If not, why not?

Mayor Mamdani will have to finish the job of establishing secure bike parking that Mayor Adams should have started years ago, but that's seemingly not the only odd thing going on here. buff.ly/gtZOzV0

I have no insight into any of this process or Oonee's proposal, but it's a real shame that a local company was seemingly denied this opportunity all around.
Today was the hardest day of my life. We fought for nearly a decade to bring secure bike parking to NYC and ultimately were completely excluded from the @nyc-dot.bsky.social process for citywide system. To those who believed in us and our vision, I am so sorry.

Except, of course, it’s *not* all he can say.

Cassidy could concede publicly that confirming Kennedy was a tragic mistake. He could call for RFK Jr's resignation. He could schedule hearings, haul the secretary to Capitol Hill, and demand the CDC’s public resources reflect the scientific cannon.
TAPPER: You were the deciding vote that allowed RFK Jr to ascend to the role of Health Secretary. Did you give him too much credit?

CASSIDY: The fact is the scientific community agrees that vaccines are safe. That's all I can say.

What’s scary to me is that fraud is a big step for most people, and so for every instance of fraud in an organization, you will probably find hundreds of people whose work is so poor that they (and more worryingly, those underneath them) are barely contributing anything productive.

bill pulte - the 50 year mortgage guy?
The Kremlin disguised a nearly $100 mn payment to Trump in the form of a brokered real estate deal... and both Jeffrey Epstein and William Pulte were involved in the deal. That's very interesting.

NEW: Footage of a US citizen in Chicago being rammed then dragged from her car on her way to work.

Abducted, with no warrant, her family couldn’t find her for hours.

She was later released with NO CHARGE.

A DHS statement said she “violently resisted arrest, injuring two officers”.

You decide…
