In the tradition of Festivus, I am airing these grievances:

1. Congress Has Abdicated Its Oversight Function
2. The Executive Has Usurped the "Power of the Purse"
3. Trump Has Deployed the National Guard for Dom. Enforcement
4. Trump Has Target” Enemy" Institutions and Private Firms

“Women and children can afford to be careless, but not men.”

“Never hate your enemies. It affects your judgment.”

Oh come on, this has been blatant and transparently polanned from the beginning. When the files drop, the bombs drop.

Where is that quote from? I can't find a source. Not verbatim from their annual forecast.

They don’t want you to speak, because they don’t want you to think.

So I say, let’s bring back the old seven words. They seem quaint now, don't they? I’d rather have a president who says "shit" and "piss" on live TV than a president who forbids me from saying "equal opportunity" in a document.

And that’s the game, isn’t it? It’s not about politeness. It’s never about politeness. It’s about control.

When you can’t say "Immigrant," you stop seeing the person. When you can’t say "Disparity," you stop seeing the problem. When you can’t say "Climate Science," you stop seeing the future.
