The worst part about this? The NWS people make some damn nice looking maps. AI models are good! They have value! AI generated images? Bad. Absolutely no reason to use them for weather forecasting.
Amid a big agency push to use AI models in weather prediction, the National Weather Service shared a forecast map riddled with spelling mistakes, non-existent locations and other geographical errors.

BREAKING: We just filed a first-of-its-kind lawsuit demanding records related to the Trump-Vance admin’s handling of the Epstein Files.

The only thing transparent about this administration is how clearly they continue to disregard our nation’s laws.

Members of Congress have the constitutional duty — and the legal right — to conduct oversight at ICE facilities. That’s why we’re suing the Trump administration to demand accountability.

Our CEO @skyeperryman.bsky.social joined @theweekendmsnbc.bsky.social this morning to discuss our case.

The Epstein birthday card is now public. (Trump can continue to pretend it's not real, but that's not the point.)

The point: If the card were the worst thing for Trump in the files, why wouldn't Trump now make the Epstein files public?

Conclusion: There are worse things for Trump in the files.

And in response, Trump administration is *increasing* fossil fuel emissions.
Climate change is whipping up worse fire weather and more severe fire seasons. Longer hot dry spells mean drought-stricken soils and crispy vegetation, and when the winds shift and something sparks—wildfire.

In 2023 and 2024, forests were hit hard, two studies show.
