James Comey: Case tossed.
Letitia James: Case tossed.
Mark Kelly: Investigated… for civics?
Three headlines. One warning.
Comey and Letitia James Cases Tossed. Mark Kelly Investigated.
When prosecutors fail but investigations keep coming, it’s not justice, it’s an ongoing message.

Every Democrat in Congress should put out a video saying troops have an obligation to refuse unlawful orders. Make them prosecute all of you. This isn't a close call.

I'd add Republicans too if I thought any of them had the courage to actually cross Trump on this.
Hegseth is now threatening to recall Sen. Mark Kelly to active duty in order to court martial him.

What is it with these conservatives who love controversial mouthpieces but then hate those who disagree with them? That is literally the definition of controversial.

Have you read We Do Not Part?

Had you heard about Astronomer before the Coldplay slip, and is it wrong to enjoy the memes?

Will WSJ pay up, or fully disclose? Obviously hoping for the latter.

"One of the most important, and most overlooked, functions of protest is to prevent the dreaded 'spiral of silence,' which can begin when people wrongly believe that their own point of view is not widely shared," Betsy Levy Paluck writes:
The Most Overlooked Value of Political Protest
Small acts of staying quiet may seem merely polite or indifferent, but they can easily spiral.

The Supreme Court kinda sucked today, amirite?
“Today, the threat is to birthright citizenship. Tomorrow, a different administration may try to seize firearms from lawabiding citizens or prevent people of certain faiths from gathering to worship.”

“Rather than stand firm, the Court gives way,” she wrote.

Based on everything I read, two patterns seemed clear to me:

1) virtually every time the US or Iran has negotiated or tried re-negotiate a deal, Isreal has lobbied against it and/or attacked Iran directly.

2) every time Iran is attacked, they respond by ratcheting up their nuclear capability.

Standing up for human rights and due process is not a crime. Asking to see a warrant is not a crime.

ICE's unjustified arrest of NYC Comptroller Brad Lander was an abuse of power and unnecessary escalation of force.

People can see through the Trump Administration's lies.
