To be clear, he “won” the shutdown only because a number of Dem senators saw that there was no bottom to how low he was willing to go to hurt the American people, so they decided that hurt was not worth it. If Leavitt and Trump consider that a win, it says more about them than it does the Dems.

Change the legal term from sex trafficking to rape trafficking, victims of trafficking cannot consent to sex while being trafficked. It is rape.

Ditto for Trump “attempted assassinations”. It was barely a talking point right after it happen. Trump never talks about it. Considering he never shuts up about anything it’s weird. Same for Kirk’s assassination. 🤔

“In the Situation Room”?!

Highly restricted access and no cell phones allowed.

White House officials needed to meet with Lauren Boebert in the room where highly sensitive National Security issues are handled? To talk about the Epstein Files?!
Q: "Why are White House officials…meeting with Rep. Boebert in an effort to try to get her to not sign this petition calling for the release of the [Epstein] files?"

Leavitt: "I'm not going to detail conversations that took place in the situation room."

The media have worked hard to make 'Starmer's position perilously close to untenable'. This is evidenced by the ample platform given to Farage, the leader of a political party consisting of 5 MPs. Look at the treatment of Farage and his property vs that of Rayner and Reeves.

They do have a massive communications issue in that the general public are unaware of most of that.
Labour need to stop the right wing press setting the agenda.

You aren't, there's many of us who agree. This Government has delivered or has in progress nearly 60% of its manifesto pledges, never mentioned by the media. Raised minumum wage, free breakfast clubs, fre childcare, Renter Rights, Employment Rights bills and delivered 5m extra hospital appointments.

In anticipation of the Tory and media outrage about any tax rises, here's a few manifesto pledges the Tories broke. Build 300,000 new homes, end rough sleeping, ban no fault evictions, build 40 new hospitals, no new tax rises, cut NHS waiting lists, end child poverty, levelling up @lbc.co.uk

The Tories record from 2010 to 2024:

Food banks 2010 approx 35,
2024 approx 1,711
Homelessness 2010 approx 1,768, 2024 approx 327,940
NHS Waiting lists 2010 approx 4.34m,

The Labour Government cannot fix this in 15 months, they inherited a huge mess. @lbc.co.uk

Currently Corporations pay just 25% tax on £600bn in profits.

MOST of that money goes to people to people who DONT pay tax in the UK, because they are not UK citizens or they use Tax Havens.

Multi Millionaires and Billionaires pay 25% tax while you pay 47%.

TAX them at 47%

Cut bills by cutting profiteering, change Ofgem's marginal pricing method, improve housing, nationalise energy.

Fund green levies through general taxation. Take equity stake for govt subsidies. There must be no free cash.

The more the spotlight shines on Farage the more obvious it becomes that he offers nothing but a Trump tribute draped in a cloak of transparent racism.
He’s a facist, far-right grifter looking to fleece the gullible and prey on the vulnerable.
He represents the very worst of humanity.
