Well said George. It is utterly bizarre how this is being presented, as if Tim Davie had resigned because of left wing BBC bias. Whereas the former Conservative politician, Tim Davie, has actually been imposing extreme right wing bias on the BBC. But apparently, not enough for some.

And as you know this doesn't happen to anything like the extent in London. The law is stronger and there is more enforcement here. Drivers drive better ( still room for improvement ) and park much more often legally. So getting control of Brum's dire situation is doable.
I'm up at my parents' in Birmingham and you know what this city needs: Chicago's parking enforcement.
