Jasmine Crockett is running to be Ranking Member on Oversight — and ready for the fight.

She’s sharp, qualified, and speaking directly to this moment.

Watch her make the case — and check out her take on the seniority issue. It might surprise you.

While I support the push back on fascism and the support of humans rights, the way this post is worded is very problematic because it panders to those who don’t hold other countries to the same standard Israel is, and that’s called Antisemitism.
Conflating all protests or criticisms of Israeli policy with antisemitism ignores that each case is very fact specific.

Mohamad Soliman threw Molotov cocktails at a group of Jews in an attempt to burn them alive—simply for being Jewish.

The firebombing of Jews in Boulder, Colorado is the latest act of antisemitic terrorism.

I stand unequivocally with the Jewish community in the fight against antisemitism.

The antisemitic attack in Boulder was an act of terror—full stop. It was meant to send a message of fear. Our response has to send a louder one: there is no place for this kind of hate. Not in Boulder. Not anywhere.

Over the weekend, I hosted a Service Academy Information Day in #Salem for students who are interested in attending one of our nation's Service Academies.

No matter which path they choose, I am certain these young Oregonians will make our community and our country proud!

I had a great roundtable discussion with the Latino Community Association this past weekend.

We talked about the challenges folks are facing, and the ways we can better support the Latino community in a meaningful way.

Employers: You do not have to let ICE into non-public spaces without a judicial warrant.

I stood on the House Floor this week to sound the alarm:

ICE is targeting Oregon workplaces again and trying to turn employers into agents of fear.

These tactics are meant to intimidate.

But they only work when people don’t know their rights.

Oregon will not be silent.

Republicans want to cut nearly $300 billion from SNAP, taking food away from hungry seniors, veterans, disabled Americans, and working families.

For what? To pay off their billionaire donors.

I spoke out against these cruel and unacceptable cuts at last night's @houseagdems.bsky.social hearing👇

Meanwhile, our Republican colleagues didn't bother to show up for work.

This week is #PoliceWeek – if the President is truly supportive of safer communities, he should quit cutting funding for programs that work to keep them that way.

We can't let our neighbors down.

I've heard from folks in Monmouth, Dallas, Salem, and cities across #OR06 who care about protecting food assistance for working families.

The truth is, most Oregonians don't support massive cuts to SNAP.

Republicans and Trump are touting a “big, beautiful bill," but I'm confused – what exactly do they find “beautiful” about taking healthcare away from Americans?

Keep your hands off our earned benefits. This country isn't working as it should if we're leaving people behind.

Staffing cuts at the Social Security Administration have resulted in unacceptably long wait times and benefits delays for certain applicants.

I sent a letter to Acting Commissioner Dudek requesting answers about how he plans to fix these problems and get my constituents the assistance they need.

Republicans want to add more red-tape to Medicaid.

In 2024, Georgia did the same with their state Medicaid program. They spent $86 MILLION just administering these requirements. And worse, only 7,000 out of 345,000 eligible people were able to enroll in the program.

What happened to efficiency?

Parents depend on SNAP to help feed their children.

The Republican budget quite literally rips food out of the mouths of hungry children to fund tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy.

I am standing strong with my @houseagdems.bsky.social colleagues to fight against this cruel bill.
