for real. it doesn’t matter if you’re not an anti-vaxxer and you don’t have/want kids etc etc. your insurance company doesn’t give a god damn about science OR what happens to you. if the CDC makes wildly dangerous-but-cheap recommendations, insurance companies will follow them w/o question.
Let's be very clear that one of the major effects of the CDC no longer recommending various vaccinations is that it becomes much harder for folks who still want to be—or want their children to be—vaccinated to get their insurance providers to cover those vaccinations.

it’s wild to me that people think disability accommodations need to be gatekept. if a ton of abled people are asking for something that is normally seen as a “disability accommodation”, that doesn’t mean the abled people are scheming little liars, it means the status quo sucks ass and should change.
