Idk who needs to heart this but nonmonogamy/polyamory/relationship anarchy means you have to be WAY BETTER at all things relational. Yes it is more authentic, there is more freedom, etc, but if you don't do it well you just mess up more people, often simultaneously.

Now here's an encouraging thing: the practice of saying no to social pressure when it is dangerous and maladaptive, is the skill we most need right now, one which will carry over into other discussions, choices, and battles that are on their way or already in progress. Try it and it will get easier.

this is an entire thread to read, act on, and share about masking up as a practice to strengthen our resolve for a multitude of things. I know people who succumb to peer pressure. I will not. it's hostile out there but I don't care. I want all of us to be safe, well, and spared from covid/long covid

These are great responses: “woke” is a meaningless slur to demean even the consideration of marginalized people’s rights as worthless, and also identity at best should be a point of departure for building political solidarity *across* identity.
