i think it's very cool that chuck schumer figured out a way to stop the administration from just choosing to not fund initiatives appropriated for by congress, and gave away the only leverage he had for so little. what a deft maneuver by a legislative titan!

This needs more attention: Zohran SPLIT the straights with Cuomo. ALL of his margin was from LGBTQ+ voters. Every Dem who ever said “we should abandon the transes” needs this shoved down their fucking throat with a ramrod.
