I have a question for anesthesiologists: HOW did you get the training for those crazy difficult airways? (Like traumas, stenosis, etc)
Is it just from doing so many less difficult ones that you’re able to just tackle anything? Or is there specific training for it? #medsky

One of my best friends from childhood came over last night with her husband so that hubs and I could meet her toddler. The little girl apparently chose a stethoscope at her 1 year birthday party, so I brought mine out for her to see. She immediately put it around her neck 😂 it was so cute!!

Blue sky is great and all, but there is something amazing about being able to reach a wide audience on Twitter - esp one that may otherwise be out of reach. You can’t educate the public without being accessible to them, unfortunately

Will never not be mad that there’s a certain anti-science troll that is on track to earning his MD PhD in my home state… all while countless applicants who are actually passionate about real science are turned away from both MD AND PhD programs ALL THE TIME. 🥲
