Seeing some posts referring to Kilmar Abrego Garcia as being "kept safe" in jail. No one is safe in jail, fam. Incarceration strips years off people's lives and manufactures premature death. It's very important to understand this, especially now.

If you took the $1.1 trillion earned by just 100 billionaires last year and mailed every household a check, it'd be $8,700 each.

The thing is most billionaires don't actually pay taxes anymore. What the GOP bill is really doing is selling off public lands and cutting Medicare to pay off oligarchs.

US Supreme Court lets Trump end deportation protection for Venezuelans
The U.S. Supreme Court allowed Donald Trump's administration on Monday to strip about 350,000 Venezuelans living in the United States of a temporary protected status given under his predecessor Joe Biden, as the Republican president moves to ramp up deportations as part of his hardline approach to immigration.

This is an obvious point, but cannot overstated. There is an enormous difference between deporting someone - where they get off a plane as a free citizen in their home country AND FUNNELING THEM INTO A BRUTAL PRISON FROM WHICH THEY HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER EMERGING!!!

I don’t trust your politics if you’re willing to sacrifice ANYBODY for some perceived strategy or political gain. People are not pawns for political strategy. We have lives and worth and value all on their own, and people who treat others as disposable demean our humanity.
