Wishing everyone everywhere peace and inspiration. Come what may, let us stand strong for all that is right and just. Let us defend those who are being mistreated, and live with kindness and respect as Martin Luther King hoped we would . Our task is clear. ❤️

We are about to enter an era of extreme and dangerous culture war in the United States. How do we protect our communities and work toward a cultural ceasefire? In this piece I wrote a couple months ago, I offer one possible path. wapo.st/40q1BDn
Opinion | Libraries can help end the culture wars. That’s why they’re under fire.
Nothing threatens authoritarianism like a free, quiet place to absorb a full range of information.

I love this so much!

At the inauguration, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wore a distinctive collar adorned with cowrie shells, which are believed to offer protection from evil in African traditions.

This choice mirrors the late Justice Ginsburg’s practice of using collars to convey a message.

Pete Hegseth honored those who died on 9/11 by showing up to their New York City memorial site in his underwear.

Is that the type of decision making we want running the Department of Defense?

He calls his performance at yesterday's hearing "an exercise in obfuscation."

President Biden is my President. I voted for him in 2020. I also proudly voted for Kamala Harris.

Here is to Biden and Harris spending the last few days doing everything they can to obstruct the corruption coming in.
BREAKING NEWS: President Biden Negotiates Israel-Gaza Ceasefire

Trump will spend the next few years taking credit for this but he had nothing to do with it.

Benjamin Netanyahu is a close friend of his—and if Netanyahu wanted Trump to be involved in this or get credit for it, it would have been so.
Israel and Hamas reach deal on Gaza ceasefire and hostage release
The Biden administration is calling for a final push before the president leaves office, with many seeing the Trump inauguration as an unofficial deadline.

Given all of the election irregularities, particularly in the swing states, it's a stretch to think that he actually won.
Let's start the new year off with some cold, hard truths:
- Donald trump is a convicted felon.
- He did NOT win by a landslide.
- It was the 5th smallest win EVER.
- None of his decisions are his own: he is owned and controlled by President Musk and Putin.

PASS IT ON.
