Over the past few years, FSC raised alarms in Washington about debanking of our industry. Thousands of you joined us to file complaints.

Finally, a new government report has affirmed it: major banks wrongly discriminated against adult businesses.

Our work is paying off. Now, we fight for a fix.

The wealth of the richest 1% in America just hit a record $52 trillion. These are the people getting huge tax cuts — paid for by cuts to health care for millions of Americans. Every lie Trump and Republicans are telling right now about the shutdown is meant to distract you from this.

D.C. is not crime-ridden.

D.C. is not a war zone.

D.C. is not in danger.

The only threat to D.C. is the Trump regime’s authoritarian takeover.
This morning, President Trump declared a “public safety emergency” in Washington, DC and deployed the National Guard onto our streets. This is NOT safety. It is an unconstitutional power grab that threatens the rights of DC residents.

For teens and their families who want to begin after January 2026, the bans will require them to travel out of state to get care. “We’re lucky to be surrounded by states that provide gender-affirming health care to young people,” said Linds Jakows of 603 Equality. From @ethandewitt.bskky.social
Advocates plan next moves after Ayotte signs bans on gender-affirming care for minors • New Hampshire Bulletin
In a series of decisions on transgender legislation this year, Gov. Kelly Ayotte has taken a page from her predecessor’s playbook.

We’re grateful for Rep. David Nagel, MD, clearly + publicly calling on Governor Ayotte to veto cruel and unnecessary bans on gender-affirming healthcare for trans teens. At the same time: we strongly disagree with him that the ideal age for this care would be 25.

Reporting sexual violence isn’t a neutral act. For sex workers, it can mean arrest, child welfare investigations, public outing, or immigration consequences. It can mean being coerced into becoming an informant.

There’s literally no one to report to who doesn’t hold power over you.

This flew under the radar, but Trump revoked a minimum wage hike for companies that contract with the government.

An estimated 390,000 workers will now see significant pay cuts.

It's not surprising that Trump's populism is fake, but it's hardly ever been more clear.

When Trump was sworn in, Elon Musk's corporations were under more than 32 investigations conducted by at least 11 federal agencies.

Most of the cases are now closed or likely to be closed soon, and the federal agencies are being defanged by DOGE.

Funny how that works, huh?
