Unless they are DC National Guard, IMO, these folks are either mercenaries or invaders from other states. They have not been federalized, just sent from other states for no reason and being paid by a "foreign" (e.g. Southern) states, which is ironic since they failed to capture it in the civil war)

Any #Lawyers out their that can answer this question? Why can't Chicago/Illinois get a pre-emptive order against the admin to deploy National Guard troops? I would think based on the ruling in LA and what we see happening in DC you could argue he's going to do them same thing there.
