Just got home from seeing Frankenstein, and boy, what a film. As a fan of the book, I loved it. They definitely made some big changes, but they served the story.
It was great to see some scenes from the novel really come to life. So glad I could catch it in theatre.

I hope this teacher strike doesn’t last as long as anticipated. The system is broken and classes are too big. But I just realized that things will be even more broken next year, because that’s when all the babies conceived during Covid lockdowns will be entering Kindergarten. Fix it UCP!

My hopes were raised when I recently discovered that enclosed scooters exist.
And then dashed when I learned that they will end up becoming illegal in my city soon.
I just wanna use it to get to the mall.

I wanted to add “I hope you don’t take that as an insult because that would say more about you than it does about me.”

Reason number two why I don’t want my next office to be in the basement… mice! Just went through a box of old sketchbooks and art pieces and the whole base was filled with old mouse poop. 😩

I’ve been really liking Suikoden 5, but there’s one thing I hate.
Fucking duels.
I don’t care for duels in Suikoden, but normally it’s whatever because I can just look up a guide and get through them.
But 5 changed things up by putting them on a TIMER!
So I just lost 2 hours of progress.

I feel compelled to make a patchwork wall out of wallpaper samples for my bedroom. There are so many on Spoonflower that I adore, so I’m like… can I get all of them?
At the same time, I can only get 6 samples at a time and add in shipping and it really adds up. :/
