Learning to be unaffected by provocation or negative behavior is a superpower.

If you haven't mastered this lesson, you will needlessly take on others' dramas again & again.

The goal is to waste their time, not yours.

As has been shown by studies, shipping LNG around the globe on ships is even more environmentally damaging than burning coal. Buying more gas produced with extremely poor environmental standards in the US is a very big mistake. We in the EU should not be subsidizing bad US environmental standards

The hero who disarmed one of the terrorists in Sydney turned out to be 43-year-old Ahmed al-Ahmed — a fruit shop owner and father of two.

He was shot twice and is currently in hospital. He is scheduled to undergo surgery.

He had no experience with weapons of any kind.

Tyson’s Lexington gutted: tariffs, cattle. #econsky
Tyson is shutting down its Lexington, Nebraska plant in January 2026. That’s 3,200 workers gone in one shot, the largest plant shutdown in company history.

Blame Trump’s tariff chaos and the lowest cattle inventories in decades. Tariffs jack up costs. Supply shrinks. Plants close. Towns hollow out.

No state is taking away federal tax cuts, despite what Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says.

Some states are choosing not to mirror recent federal changes into their own tax codes, which is a normal process.

Bessent’s claims are wildly misleading.

No, Scott Bessent: States Aren’t Taking Away Anyone’s Tax Cuts
It’s wildly inappropriate for a U.S. Treasury Secretary to lean on states to adopt or not adopt specific federal provisions in their own state tax codes.
