In New Jersey a bill has been introduced to make sure data centers pay for electricity they use. This power surcharge would go toward modernizing the state’s electric grid.

I hate train only urbanists. Whenever transit riders refuse to ride the bus it’s bc they don’t want to be around certain kind of people (aka homeless and/or poor people) and that’s pretty disgusting!

We installed pedestrian islands at 10th Ave & E Pike St on Capitol Hill. These boost visibility, offer a safe pause for people walking & rolling, and make crossings safer for everyone.

I got pho earlier and I told my waiter I wanted veggie pho with veggie broth and he looked at me like “duh”. I think it’s obvious too but other places have asked me if I wanted beef broth I was just trying to be preemptive 😭
